Many state boards offer a 60-day grace period after a license expires where the worker can still legally operate. Watchpost automatically tracks this hidden window and alerts you before the absolute drop-dead date.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time right from your billing dashboard. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
If you exceed the worker limit on your current tier (e.g., you add 12 workers while on the Pro plan), you'll be prompted to upgrade to Growth. We don't automatically charge overages.
